  • We do not sell or trade your personal data.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you accept them.
  • You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

3. What we collect

3.1 Automatically, by our hosting provider

Like any website, the server records technical data for security and troubleshooting: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages requested, date and time of the request, and the referring page. This is not used to identify individuals.

3.2 Analytics and advertising measurement (consent required)

If you accept via the cookie banner, we enable the following services.

Google Analytics 4 Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC Measures visitor numbers, popular pages and aggregate reading behaviour so we can improve content
Google Ads (measurement and remarketing tag) Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC Measures the performance of ads that bring visitors here, and shows relevant ads across Google services

These services use cookies and similar identifiers and may process data such as a truncated IP address, a randomised device identifier, pages visited, and approximate location at country or city level.

3.3 What you send us

If you email us, we keep your address and the content of your message solely to reply, and delete it once it is no longer needed.

4. Legal bases for processing

  • Consent for analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests for technical server logs, to keep the site secure and available.
  • Necessity for correspondence for emails you choose to send us.

5. Cookies used

6. Disclosure and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by the providers necessary to run this site: our hosting provider, and Google as our analytics and advertising provider.

Using Google's services may involve transferring data outside Thailand, including to the United States. Google applies standard contractual clauses and other relevant safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from sites that use its services.

7. Retention

  • Technical server logs: per our hosting provider's retention, typically no more than 12 months
  • Analytics data: per the Google Analytics setting, up to 14 months
  • Emails you send: no more than 12 months after the matter is closed

8. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), and any other data protection law that applies to you, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Request erasure or destruction of your data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
  • Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee

To exercise any of these, email contact@yourdomain.com. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

10. Children

This site is general information for players and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Where a minor wishes to give cookie consent, parental approval should be obtained as required by law. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data to us, contact us at the address above and we will delete it.

11. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to those who need it to operate the site. That said, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

12. External links

This site links to official app stores and other external resources. This policy does not cover those sites — please read their own policies separately.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Significant changes will be announced via a banner on the site.
